Hello, I’m your patient navigator. My role is to walk alongside you—answering questions, helping coordinate your care, and making sure you feel supported at every step. I do this work because I’ve seen how hard it can be to manage kidney disease alone, and I believe no one should face this journey without a companion. I’m excited to get to know you and be part of your care team.
